Medium-temperature models are suited to chilled products such as dairy, beverages, deli, and produce, typically operating between 0°C and 8°C. Low temperature models are designed for frozen goods, maintaining temperatures below -18°C. Both series are available in our Highlight and Standard ranges, with medium-temperature models also available in a self-contained configuration.
Our self-contained medium-temperature cases are designed for simplified installation, once positioned, they simply plug into a power outlet. This removes the cost of custom refrigeration pipework and can dramatically reduce your fitout timeline. Some configurations may still require a licensed technician for compliance purposes; our team will advise on a case-by-case basis.
